pilot is a new platform of Norstar messaging that replaces
the Norstar mini Flash voice mail and the 2 and 4 ports
Flash products.
The
Norstar Callpilot 100 offers a messaging system for the
clients for which the cost is a major factor. These clients
only require a limited expandability when it comes to the
number of mailboxes and to the information storage capacity.
But they might need a Call Center application like the base
Clarify Call Center.
The
Norstar Callpilot 150 is designed for clients that need
a greater storage capacity, more mailboxes and more evolved
application like the Unified Callpilot Messaging, the Callpilot
networking and the Callpilot Fax Series. All these applications
can be used in concert with a complete Call Center such
as the Clarify Professional Call Center.
